Concept Design
Dashboard
Web-based delivery time slot booking and dock scheduling platform with three user roles: Supplier managers plan and book arrival time slots, Security guards/gate operators confirm actual truck arrivals in real-time with one click, and Warehouse operators see what’s incoming and prepare accordingly. The system compares planned vs. actual arrival times, tracks dock utilization, identifies peak congestion hours, and generates punctuality KPIs per supplier — replacing Excel schedules with a live, shared, multi-role system.
Who This App Useful
Purchasing/supplier managers plan expected delivery time slots in Excel and share them with the warehouse — but nobody at the gate has real-time access. Security guards don’t know what’s expected, trucks queue up during peak hours, warehouse staff aren’t prepared for unloading, and there’s zero data on actual arrival times vs. planned slots. The result: congested loading docks, wasted waiting time, unplanned warehouse chaos, and no accountability for late or early arrivals.
